Privacy and Project Data

This notice explains how GeoX Intelligence Pte. Ltd., Singapore, processes information submitted through its website. It covers preliminary screening, project records and business enquiries. These services are available when the required provider settings are configured.

Information you submit

Screening submissions include coordinates or a boundary, the area of interest, optional target commodity and project stage, and any supporting documents you provide. Reports, licences and survey files are optional. Your name, company and business email are required to view the complete preliminary assessment. Phone, job title and country are optional. General and corporate enquiries include the contact details and message you provide.

Only upload information you are authorised to share. A submitted boundary does not verify licence ownership. The map's initial location is an example, not a GeoX project.

How we use information

GeoX uses submitted information to prepare preliminary screening, maintain project records, manage your enquiry and consider further analysis or a pilot project. We request processing permission before screening and contact details before providing the complete assessment.

Marketing consent is optional and is requested separately. Declining it does not affect screening or project enquiries. This website does not currently run an automated marketing campaign.

Documents and AI processing

Original documents are saved in private project storage and linked to the relevant submission. Readable text extracted from supported documents may be sent to the configured AI service to interpret evidence for a preliminary assessment. The assessment identifies the AI provider, which may be OpenAI or a service using an OpenAI-compatible GPT endpoint. The public assessment does not run GeoX’s complete proprietary analysis or field hardware.

Image-only, unreadable and unsupported files are identified in the assessment. Missing evidence is not a finding of low mineral potential. The output is not a mineral resource or mineral reserve estimate and does not establish a deposit.

Service providers

The application uses Supabase for its database, private document storage and staff authentication. Internal enquiry notifications can use Resend or an equivalent configured service. Assessment records identify the AI and geographic or geological sources used. Providers may process information outside Singapore, depending on the selected account and service region.

The interactive map uses OpenFreeMap and displays its data attribution. Your browser contacts the map service to load tiles. Server-side queries use the submitted location to retrieve public geographic and geological information. Confidential documents are not attached to notification emails or published as map layers.

Access and security

Visitors can access only the project records associated with their server-validated submission session. GeoX staff require both verified sign-in and permission to access records. Original-document download links expire after a short period. Provider keys remain on the server, and contact requirements are enforced by the server before assessment results are returned.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in technical documents. If private storage is unavailable, the website does not accept live confidential submissions using a temporary storage substitute.

Retention and deletion

A retention review period has not yet been configured. Authorised staff can delete a project, its assessment history and its private documents. Retention reviews and deletion are manual; automatic timed deletion is not enabled.

A contact record may be linked to several projects and is not deleted automatically when one project is removed. Requests to access, correct or delete contact information require identity verification and review of linked records and applicable retention requirements. The current workflow does not provide automatic, complete erasure in every case.

Browser storage

This assessment saves your inputs, contact details and a private access token in this browser tab’s session storage so that you can reload or change language without losing progress. Legacy submissions may use a secure cookie. Staff sign-in uses the authentication provider’s browser storage. The website does not add advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels by default.
